SHIPPING & RETURNS

At Distressed Studios, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and safely. This Shipping & Returns Policy explains how we handle orders, shipping, and returns.

1. Order Processing Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping We ship via InPost or DPD. Delivery within Poland takes 1–3 business days. International shipping times may vary. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

3. Returns You have the right to return a product within 14 days of receiving your order, no questions asked. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@distressedstudios.com. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.

4. Refunds Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@distressedstudios.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will resolve it as quickly as possible.
