§1 General Provisions

These regulations define the rules for using the online store available at distressedstudios.com, operated by Distressed Studios.

§2 Placing Orders

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Placing an order is tantamount to accepting these regulations.

§3 Prices and Payments

All prices provided in the store are gross prices (include VAT). The store accepts electronic payments available during the purchase process.

§4 Delivery

Order fulfillment time is 1–2 business days. Delivery is made via the selected carrier. Delivery details are available on the Delivery and Returns page.

§5 Returns and Complaints

The customer has the right to return goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. Detailed rules for returns and complaints are described on the Delivery and Returns page.

§6 Personal Data Protection

Customers' personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the store's website.

§7 Final Provisions

In matters not regulated by these regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish court.

The regulations are effective from May 2026.
